Lustran's early life was nothing but ordinary. He desired to become a hero just like his mother, Melodyne, but often found the difficulties of his quirk hard to overcome. Lustran's quirk, Alter, required intelligence, quick thinking, and adaptability, making his path to becoming a hero quite challenging. When Lustran's quirk first manifested, his family thought he had a form of temperature manipulation, but that assumption was far from the truth.Lustran's quirk allows him to alter the very properties of nonsolid matter and nonmatter. This includes liquids, gases, and even light itself. However, these alterations are limited to only three changes at a time and last only for a moment before reverting to their original form. This makes his quirk not only difficult to use but also unreliable, requiring precise timing and careful planning.

  RE-SPEC  
Re-Spec allows the user to take hold of a Non-Solid object or Material and "Re-Spec" 3 of its properties and/or statistics. These changes are only applied for a few seconds unless otherwise noted.Re-Spec allows the user to remove, or change existing properties in nonsolid matter. This includes but is not limited to Light, Liquids and Gases. Some special cases may not be noted. Properties can not be ADDED, only removed or altered.Additionally to simply changing stats and properties, this quirk allows the user to manipulate the very Atomic Structure of the thing it is manipulating. However they can only remove 1 atom at a time, must have knowledge of the thing they are manipulating, and if it fails the held material turns into a biodegradable goop that returns to the earth.Some properties are by default set by the quirk, such as an items base Directional Velocity and Volume. Even if they grab Light, they can't throw it at the speed it usually goes.Upsides: Versatile, User can manipulate anything nonsolid but must know what that material is to change basic attributes. To change more advanced things they must know more about its atomic structure and so on.Downsides: User must know the item in question to manipulate it. Similar to the quirk New Order. To alter Atoms the user must know the Atomic Structure of the material to a high degree from memory. User can only manipulate Atoms in this way, not Protons or Neutrons individually. Activation of the quirk can be slow, as changing attributes requires the user to either speak or think of the changes they want made. Such as speaking "Light, Speed 732 Feet per second, mass 4.62 Kilograms, heat transfer rate 280 Fahrenheit per second of contact." The changes only last a short time unless changed by the quirk itself.
